Through out every season we coach on average 20 plus teams of boys and girls of all ages, over the past season and leading up to our launch. We give this trophy not to only whose good on the pitch or who scored the most goals in a season, we give this trophy to players who listen in training, take heed of whats said, and give 100% in games regardless of abilities or playing time.
